*Update: They beat #7 Florida State in 1990 at Auburn.
So basically no player on their team has been alive since the last time the beat a non-conference ranked team and I still don't think it has ever happened on the road.

Better to climb up from the bottom like we did in 2010 than to be ranked #1 and lose showing you didn't deserve it.

I love the underdog role and Auburn usually thrives in that position (much like K-State). I'd much rather have K-State ranked #5 and Auburn ranked #20 for this game.
