if he had just used a taco holder i think this whole disaster could have been avoidedalso if he had made his own tortillas from scratch
i am quickly becoming a carne asada kingpin, but my one problem is that my weber Q doesnt get hot enough to get a good char on both sides without over cooking it all
carne asada should be cooked med rare. skirt steak is so thin to begin with just sear both sides on a rough ridin' flat top and call it good.
