We've stayed pretty injury free so far whenever I check in on them in my dynasty.

Check that, just looked it up again and Sams just went down for 10 weeks (Junior season)... some FR(RS) who is evidently better than Bender has replaced him in what looks like it will be a pretty bad season.

Iowa State is the only school in the country that I can think of who would be fine with consistently getting 6-7 wins. 7 wins is a fine season if you are rebuilding. After last season's results, with the number of returning starters at key positions, anything less than 10 wins would be disappointing, and less than 9 would be flat out depressing.
