John Hubert, a backup running back on the Kansas State football team, was arrested Sunday in connection with a domestic incident at a K-State residence hall.

Campus police were called to Marlatt Hall at 1:44 p.m. Sunday in response to an incident involving Hubert and a female acquaintance. Officers found probable cause to arrest Hubert on domestic battery charges, said Capt. Don Stubbings of the K-State Police Department.

K-State sports information director Kenny Lannou said the matter will be handled internally.

Hubert, a redshirt freshman from Waco, Texas, is competing to be K-State's No. 2 running back behind starter Daniel Thomas.

This deserves to be repeated.  We've all said some critical things about Bill in the past, but his "handling" of these sorts of maters has always pleased me greatly.  Love ya Bill!

imo, if a girl falsely accuses a guy of rape, she should have to have her vagina sewed up, given aids, and forced to carry a sign everywhere she goes that says "Fitz says:  It's Rape!"
