Man, have been feeling like kind of a loser because I don't think I can pull off the flat bill.  I'm still stuck in the 90s frat boy look with the super curved bill.  I know this is old mannish but I just can't break it.  99% of the time I don't wear a hat though.   :frown:

i only try the strait bill w/ my black ksu hat and michael beasley eilite jersey.  wife does not like.  probably didn't look good w/ beard.  global warming this winter might end need for winter beards and i could look much better.  i'll revisit this topic then.  tia

I refuse straight bill.  Refuse.  Like SD I go with the super curved 90s look and i won't change any time soon.  Back then I used to work the bill relentlessly and I stored my hats with the bill wrapped around a baseball with a rubber band for ridiculous amounts of curvy-ness.

Frankly, I don't care how old it makes me look.  Wear hats often, especially in the summer.

I think if you grew a beard you could do the flat bill.  Not positive though.

I have a royals chowder-blue flatbill that I only wear when I go to the K, or if I'm wearing gym shorts.  Otherwise, no hat for me please.

Love the flat bill.  Wear it as often as I can stand wearing a hat.

your poll sucks because it is in 2D.

The amount of lift on the hat is also important.

I almost never wear hats (do not own right now) but in the past I wore both straight and curved slightly askew to the right and back on my head a little so that my forehead was out and about.

It's actually all about the lift. Lift is the name of the game kids.

I naturally go tilting back and to the left a bit. Graduating college really puts a cramp in your hat game.

Forward

Backwards: Flat Bill is necessary

Can also be worn forward as long as you have broken in the hat and you don't have the mushroom top head effect. Can either be flat bill or curved.
