Guys, it’s a bad joke born of frustration of bad dog owners. I am a long time dog guy.
I have spoken to them twice in a neutral way(the man and woman each once). Another time I asked them, while they were outside with their grown two kids, for their help in keeping their dogs and mine safe as I had just finished breaking up a dog fight while they watched. I told them I can keep mine in but can’t keep yours out and they fight badly when their dog comes over.
I have yelled at both of them twice at even later incidents as well.
Nothing.
I don’t want to call animal control because in our county that often ends in the animal being put down. I am hesitant to do anything via the HOA because of how two issues, both wildly easier to resolve, were handled last year(one ended in a lawsuit and the other in a public declaration on social media of a neighbor being called a pedo for not letting an bad person ride his atv in the accused’s lawn).
