I would definitely blow out the garage wall and at least get oversized+ since 3 car won't fit.

since lame ass Texas doesn't have basements all your crap goes in the garage. if I were building new I would go 3 car or oversized just because that's where all your crap goes that normal people put in their basements.

So, picked out colors, hardwoods, carpet and stuff like that this weekend. I couldn't believe all the things there were to choose from. The first time I have put any thought in the color of grout. I let my wife have her way on most things but I held strong to my love of austin stone and didn't budge on the stone for the front of the house.

2.6% would save me 1000 a year on taxes. I'd take it.

huh. people always whine about Texas property tax and mine is only 2.5%. lol at states that tax stuff.
