Just some dude. They want better facilities and think it would help if there was some sort of campaign. Can't disagree but I think if everything they have is as good or better than its they should just stay out for now.

When I think of the clip art complex, I think of how much nicer it is than the new Vanier. Everything there just completely exceeds the absolutely gaudy and touted facilities that were just built at Kansas State.

I just read through that thread. Dear lord, like even in that same post he had before that garbage he was kinda going in a good direction and then it veers into that. Like, phognet overall is patently incapable of grasping anything. They get it to a point and then go off in a direction that's such a non sequitur I really worry for their sanity. I used to think it was potentially bitb trollings, but nope, they really believe it. I honestly don't know how you can get so deluded.

I'm sorry, it's just so comical it has to be mentioned. I particularly liked the part of the rant when the guy said that Vanier 2.0 was built with $5 donations.

One of the key things if you're going to understand the business of college athletics and how you relate to your rivals, is actually understanding how your rivals get things done.

I've said it many times that the vast majority of people really don't understand how it all works from a business perspective, and one of the least knowledgeable and least capable of understanding how athletic facilities are funded is the population of Phogistan.

They're still all mad because the legislature wouldn't allow KU Athletics to shove the financing of the KU basketball dorm on to KU Housing. I can give lots of reasons why that was never going to fly. They may have had a better chance if they wanted to build a larger dorm with more regular students in it. But KU allows the basketball program to run the university, so they'll never see it in the right perspective.

When the N.E. corner of BSFS is completed the total money spent over a 5 year period on BSFS will be $175 million of which $53 million was borrowed using bonds.

That's entirely different. A fire juggler is choosing to juggle fire knowing the danger. Someone standing close enough to be caught on fire also knows the danger.
