HTC Touch Pro II Review after 7 Weeks:
Good: Hooked into corporate network in seconds. Set up personal email in seconds. Camera takes excellent pictures. Both on screen keyboard and pull out keyboard are relatively easy to use. Screen Picture quality is good. Picture mail a snap (much better than previous Crackberry), picture management is good. Touch screen is good. Windows Mobile Office Apps work perfectly. Full motion video capability is good. Internet navigation is good. Wi-Fi turns on with ease and works well. Phone charges on USB port in car. Uploading to and accessing preferred social networking website is easy (much better than Crackberry).
Bad: Sprint store did not have EVO in stock and the Blackberry was dead . . . and this was before latest Samsung whatever it is . . . will now just wait another year for another upgrade (I am a premiere customer). Battery life sucks. No flash on camera. Touchscreen navigation of contacts is cludgy at times. Phone is bulky. Phone does not have enough processing power at times.
Do not care about that many apps, because I am not a phone nerd/geek . . . my life doesn't center around my F'ing Mobile Phone.
Will be interested to see what Windows Mobile 7.0 does, but will likely get a Droid next time around.
Will likely upgrade as soon as anniversary date rolls around next year
Overall Grade: B
