Started the evening with some Tallgrass 8-bit pale ale. Yum.

Now onto some Schlafly Coffee Stout. What's not to like? Coffee, good. Beer, good. Coffee stout, yes tickle my rough ridin' toes and drown me in it why don't you!

Wasn't a fan of the coffee stout. I don't like coffee all that much though

Yeah the Yazzoo brewery in Nashville had tons of stuff about how horrible TN was for craft breweries.
I Iowa's is misleading on that map because they build in the $.05 return for each can in their 30 packs.

New up and comer. Pretty sure you can't find it in KS. May be the best beer I have ever had. The guy is a freak about brewing. I am thinking about investing as he tries to grow. If you ever have the chance to try it, please report back if you like it.

Deschutes White IPA was pretty great. Sweet and lemony like a summer beer, but with a fair amount of hops. Very unique, drinkable beer.

And I'm really excited about this 4-pack that Mrs. WNK got me from a local liquor store (100 rating, does not distribute in KC and limited release):

My Untappd app has been used a lot lately. Also, I'm extremely happy Deschutes now distributes to KC. I have not had a bad beer from them. Solid all around.

Tallgrass has blown up. They got out in front of the can trend and it's really helped them. I like their ethos IPA.
