If you do partial mashes you can always substitute the base malt with some lme. I don't know the exact conversion... Biab is another good option. Let me know if you have any questions.

Had a Bellhaven Scottish Ale and a Wee Heavy. Scottish ale great, Wee Heavy good. Also had an unknown Moody Tongue beer that was very meh.
