I had both the lime and strawberry versions of the Bud Light Margarita things.  Best on ice.

Sometimes when I'm feeling spunky, and one is available, I'll take some Strawberita and pour a little into the beer that I'm currently drinking.  Those are much too sweet for my tooth by themselves.

yeah, even in dallas the distribution is minimal, most stores will only sell a bottle per person a day if they have any.  i buy by the case on bomb when i'm in oklahoma, have a lady across the border that will order and hold prairie for me.

i have about 5-6 trades that i need to get finished up but will definitely be open to trading with you come mid to late august.

Well, now I just feel dumb posting these pansy-ass pics. Thanks a lot, AST!!!

I had the Sam Smith one first because it's so popular here, so I had to see what all the fuss is about... Now I see. Damn, that's a good brew.

The Dirty Bastard was in the fridge to try when I got a chance and the gf grabbed it just now. It is pretty good, but doesn't hold up too well against the previously mentioned nectar of the gods!

Thanks for the suggestions, guys.

Also, AST, awesome pics. Looks like it was a blast.

Had Prairie's Birra last night.  It's a Saison.  Based upon reaction to other products here and elsewhere, I was excited to try it.  I thought it was just 'OK'  though.  A little more watery that I would prefer.  In a saison/farmhouse ale, I like to get punched in the nose with floral notes.  I'm talking about real flower bombs, here, not just the suggestion thereof.  The place also had Karbach's Hop Delusion on tap, so my experience was salvaged.

the Birra is by far the thing i have liked the least from Prairie.  It is the only thing from them i've had that i will never buy again.
