I can't get over, this is South Carolina basketball we're talking about here.
This is why I think all of this is largely complete bullshit and am not melting down.  Nervous?  I guess so.  Melting down about some shitty SEC team? Not really.

I mean, at this point, we're a "good" basketball program paying him good money.  South Carolina isn't even mediocre.

If we end up with Pearl, Currie would have managed to collect a $2 million buyout and upgrade his bball coach. That would be pretty damn impressive.

I don't really care whose fault this is. I care that after 5 seasons of hearing Frank Martin talk about how he's not coaching, but teaching boys to become young men, how in the real world if you mess up you get fired and how tough life is and all of his math teacher, poor Cuban immigrant horseshit... he's going to tuck his tail and run to an inferior program when things get a little tough. Everyone has disagreements with management but if you like the company, you stay.

Frank Martin. Huge pussy. Massive hypocrite.
If he leaves, this is pretty much the line I'm going to take.

I took this stance earlier this week. I will take it no matter what happens.

You have really grown alot over the past week.

I still want him to be our coach, even if he's a hypocrite with no balls.

Me too. It's the only line to take. He always drives into the ground about being loyal. Frank take your "loyalty" and  :jerk:

realistically though, how likely is it all our good players leave?  i doubt the practice facility gets canceled at this point.

None of our current players is here for a practice facility.

i wasn't saying they were.  unless you meant we still got good players without it?  i wasn't trying to connect the two.  just saying its unlikely there will be a mass exodus no matter who we hire.  and i was under the impression the funding for the practice facility was taken care of since its already being built.

Took me like 3 hours to get the Doom sign centered on DSF's collar on that shitty website. Will OOD be the same without Frank?  DSF will be so upset, he loves looking all badass.

Got it. Yeah, the practice facility is a done deal, but I think we'll lose lots of players if Frank leaves, and mostly good ones.

hope not.  currie should be immediately fired if he hires a coach so pathetic he can't retain any of the talent.

i'd love to see frank leave, just because i love ksu fan meltdowns, but the same guy who cleared the way for frank to take over as head coach will ultimately be the same guy who convinces him to stay. huggins is coming to the B12 and wants to coach against his buddy frank every year (mostly to beat him).

i say no way does frank leave.

All season long I thought Frank seemed emotionally disconnected.  He acted like he didn't give a crap.  I told myself it was because he was gone after this season.  Seems I was right.

i thought this in several games too.  but i thought he just looked tired more than anything.  maybe it was more.

freshman point guard, JO situation, likely more that we don't know about.  i have a feeling he's really struggled with the players this year, which is understandable with how different our highs and lows were.

I will put very little stock into which players the next coach keeps around. This is much different than when Frank replaced Huggins.
