Friend was on tour with the Beach Boys years ago.  Was their lighting designer.  Plane almost went down mid-Atlantic.

He said all he could think at the time was "I have worked with Lucas, Spielberg, Ozzy, Madonna in her prime, along with many other amazing people, and I have to die with this f'in lounge act?  Life is a cruel b!"

yeah they should just quit at this point since i'm pretty sure Mike Love is the only actual Beach Boy still on that tour?  but they're still one of the greatest bands of all time

I actually saw them last Summer. Mike Love is still with them.

They played for a little over 2 hours. I was pretty impressed with how good they still are at their age.

Those parts I don't deny, but he had a similar character trait to Johnny and it wrecked the football program.
