Snyder will keep Klein at QB, he'll want legit competition for Tuggle and Sams.

Explain how "legit competition" and Collin Klein are related in any way.

Yeah, I think the "legit competition" would be between Tuggle and Sams. Even if both were to decommit, I think I would be on the Billy Cosh bandwagon.

Isn't Klein responsible for Snyder's biggest win since 2003?

Just because you don't like CK doesn't mean he doesn't supply a QB with 2 years experience in Snyder's system that could get better and legitimately provide competition to two guys that haven't even set foot on campus yet.

Most of you would've thrown E3 under the bus after his SO year as well.  Now, by no means am I saying CK is the next E3, but guys do and have made improvements over the course of their careers under Snyder before.  No reason to believe CK couldn't be a viable option at QB next year, and this is especially true if he has Tuggle and Sams as competition.

Partly, though I would say that UCLA, Iowa State, and UCF are all much better teams than Texas this year.

Klein is a horrible Quarterback, but a solid running back. HE will be a WR next year. If he isnt i'll kill myself.

I would like to see him @ WR as well but we're going to be pretty damn loaded there for the rest of his playing career.  I'm really kinda warming up to the thought of him maybe moving to TE.

Klein could be very good in the slot. I just don't see him becoming a good enough blocker to be a good tight end.

Aren't slot guys typically smaller and faster?  Tremaine Thompson, Percy Harvin, Wes Welker types?  And I'm not thinking of him as a great blocking TE, more of a receiver than TE.  Seems like most teams carry two types of TEs-  ones for blocking purposes and ones for receiving purposes.

Damn, lots of big-time wins to choose from there.  It's tough.

It means we have yet more evidence that Roberson is waaaaaaay overrated by K-State fans.

The key difference here is that Ell Roberson and Michael Bishop also had better than single digit passing yards in those games.

Typically, but not always. In short yardage situations, it is better to have a big target, especially one with as much speed as Klein. If we ran a west coast offense, I wouldn't mind Klein at TE, but in Snyder's offense, it just seems to me that lining up Klein there would tip the defense off that we are going to pass.

Most of you would've thrown threw (or would've if you weren't still messin' your drawers) E3 under the bus after his SO year as well.

Good catch there, the first thing I look for in a quarterback is to see if he can block for crap....  The tendencies are there, you just have to have a good eye for such a thing.

Nice job!
