In the "we had ______ and gave it away" thread kcchiefdav nailed it.  This team is unrecognizable.  Jake Pullen's senior year was peak swag.  Now?  I don't even recognize this team.

Peggy Po's

Angel played with heart if there is one thing to be salvaged from this it is beautiful Angel.

and our second best player.....Will Spradling!

Nancy Neg's

Nino your minutes before you were injured were awful.  I'm sorry to say that because I think you are a good person and you are good at what you should be doing, but our coach offered you some delicious lies and you swallowed them whole.

Shane I am not sure what you think your role on this team is.  Class clown?  Swag supply?  Whatever it is, I would like it better if you tried to work hard when you are on the court.  You are lacksadasical, care free and low energy.  It is why Frank hated playing you.  The fact that you hold your head high after the ridiculous decisions you make is not an improvement Shane.  No one is demanding more of you, but you should demand more of yourself.  You know better.  Even if Bruceketball feels better, you know better.

Shower Curtain Rod.  You are the most culpable player on the roster.  Everyone poo-poo'd the leadership talking points blah blah blah.  It shows.  It stinks.  We have no leader.  No coaching leader, no player leader.  No leader.  We are a rudderless ship at sea.

Adrian Diaz played twice as many minutes as JO  what in the hell?

Our response to a Gonzaga lineup featuring two 7 footers?  Nino and Gip.

Everything  No effort.  No energy.  No buckets in the paint.  NO SWAG.  7 footers, role players and legitimately bad players taking jumpers from wherever the hell they feel like it.  And four guys hoping for a long rebound (unless DJamer is on the floor).  I said it last night, if this team does not make the NCAA tourney I am going to be furious.  There is no excuse.  None.  If this team is incapable of making the tournament, oscar should be fired.  There is zero reason for oscar to be kept on if we go backward.  If there is no tourney in his first two years, he should be fired and Currie should not be allowed to make the next basketball hire.  I was going to write more, but I can't muster the energy until conference play.  If we are still doing this at that time, I will probably write some really mean things.

Its early.  Team can still make the tournament.  If they don't, like KK, I want Currie's/oscar's head on a stick.

When JO was on the court he was the worst basketball player in North America at that particular time.
When one person, for whatever reason, has a chance to lead an exceptional life, he has no right to keep it to himself.

2 quibbles: our peak swag was Denis' senior year, not Jake's. Nothing beat the swag-o-rama of Denis and Jake taking turns lighting teams up just for the hell of it; and Diaz, I regret to say, was twice as effective as JO last night.

JO epitomizes dumpster fire right now.

I would feel bad for our players, but this is what they wanted. Allegedly.

Only 2.5 more weeks to hide this guy behind football season.  Better find the NCAAs team that he was gifted.

Someone needs to make a video of his play set to some Benny Hill music.  He is so uncoordinated and doofy he looks like he is slamming Southern Comfort before and during the games or something

Yeah, this makes it difficult to separate the players from Weber. And it makes the entire team very easy to hate.

I now wish Angel would have gone to SoCar with Frank. It would make me much less conflicted about being 100% on board with #teamburnitdown.

Based on the limited sample size of posts I've seen from you over the past couple weeks, I'm glad you think so.

Pullen had the same amount of swag as a junior, and he had Denis' as well.

Telling moment of the night...

1st half; team runs offense, generates nothing, and exhausts the shot clock. Angel (IIRC) is at the top of the key and covered, passing to JO on the wing as the clock expires. JO swishes meaningless 3 pointer.

JO looks like maybe he is taking one for the team and sacrificing his senior year in the name of #burnitdown.

Well done.

Memories of JO taking Jake to the wire in the 3 point contest.

It was an amazing moment. Emblematic of the entire night.
