What #blueanonGe DeflectoBot Phil Titola leaves out is that a Top 20 guy quite apparently had/has no actionable investigations going on even though he's quite obviously on tape repeatedly telling people they need to enter the Capital building.

On the first part, once again you're confused or doing your usual high level of leaving out the details. When have I said people involved shouldn't be charged? I don't care who they are.
Garland was allowed every opportunity to answer a simple yes/no question and he refused to do so while mumbling and stumbling and looking away. He wasn't asked to disclose any names or specifics, simply answer a yes/no question. Again, he refused.
Epps was also caught in a lie by the Arizona news publications: "The only thing that meant is we would go in the doors like everyone else. It was totally, totally wrong the way they went in.” Yet the videos clearly show that he was telling people they need to enter the Capital.
