Hit up Border Brewing Co. tonight for their opening in Crossroads. Had a flight of all their brews, the pale is the best. It's damn good.

prairie jumped way up my list as soon as I got to try some of their brews. I haven't had a single one that I didn't think was excellent yet. Currently binging a Funky Gold Amarillo and I dig it.

I did not enjoy Bible Belt as much as I hoped.

I've had Funky Gold Amarillo, Bomb!, Prairie Ale, Birra, and Standard. All have been great.

If any of you Texas peeps have not had Community's BA Legion, you are only hurting yourself.  I've had plenty and it gets better every time.

Tried the Prairie Funky Amarillo Sour.  It is super good but smells like the absolute worst gym locker smell.  It is really appalling how bad it smells.  Still tastes great, though.

Wow, would try.

Had Petras Red Sour last night at Yard House.  It was really good. Very thick.  Lots of cherry and still 8.5%, iirc.  Not overly sweet, though.

Man, talk about  :kstategrad:, that stuff is like 17 bucks for a 4 pack here. That Southern Tier was 11 bucks itself, though, so :sdeek:
