Going to start releasing at 7:00 am today 15,000 CfS out of tubes only. Hoping to draw lake level down before using gates. Had heavy rains in the area last night hope it works.

She's all full boys... It's going to be assholes and elbows over there today. Inflow at 30,000... tubes can handle that allegedly but we are about 5 inches from spilling over the gates.

This seems like a really far fetched and impossible plan! Where is all the silt going to settle? Does it just spread out evenly in the Kansas River? I can't imagine this would mobilize enough of the sediment to made a meaningful difference in the Tuttle's capacity. Need gE engineers to weigh in on this.
