giving someone tens of thousands of dollars to walk someone through my house seemed foolish

depends what your time is worth to you

How does a realtor save you time as a seller??

Hopefully we don’t have any realtors on the board

enraged that someone actually governed

In her defense, this is pretty much the first time someone actually governed since she started
I'm not very good at math but it seems like the MTGs of the world are focused 99.99% on performative jackassery that will earn them hits in the right wing media space which will then earn them small dollar campaign contributions and 0.001% on working to advance any actual policies.

Nancy mace literally said she voted to remove mccarthy to get attention

This new rule is going to frustrate a lot of players, teams, and fans.  Similar to a WR faking pass interference or hold, a ball carrier could also "sell" a questionable hip drop tackle to get a flag thrown.

Not really, but ok.  It’s targeting a specific form of hip drop tackle that is both dangerous and obvious.
Describe an obvious hip drop tackle.

It’s described in the article on nfl.com and I’m sure there are many videos on youtube

The new rule is great, hip drop tackles are extremely dangerous

1k yards at 3rd target is pretty difficult, i read that having 3 1k receiving yards on a team has only happened 5 times

If there's ever been a QB/Coach combo that could spread it around enough to pull that off, I think we have it.  However, we might spread it around too much for that to occur.

I hope Kelce/Rice/Brown are so effective that Mahomes just loads those three up.

I would imagine they load manage Kelce more this year and he doesn't get as many regular season targets.

99.9% that Reid is done after '25

Who you got as the replacement?

Right now Vrabel is my first choice. I'm curious why you're so sure he's done after 25?

Because a certain wife of a certain coach likes to chat people from Kansas City up on the beach when the coach and wife take their annual post season trip to So Cal.
who goes to the beach in southern california in february/march?

He has a house on the strand in dana point brah

I’d say ot but that seems to be an unpopular pick when you’re picking late in the first round

The only positive commentary about this signing should be that we’re saving some money versus holding onto mvs

How would this work?  I effectively have to take a 20% cut in production from my crews.  So, everything is going to go out the door 20% more expensive. Sorry guys. Us small biz’s aren’t sitting on that big of a nut.

I think the crews would most likely end up being paid 1.5x for that 5th day, so everything out the door would only be 10% more expensive.

You would be paying 37.5% more for the same 40 hours.  Maybe go back to school.

For the most part, day 1 of free agency was good for the Chiefs, imo.  They didn't miss out on anybody I would want for the money spent.  I'm not going to enjoy watching Wilkins/Cosby chase Mahomes but oh well.  Tyron Smith and Mooney still on the board which are my top 2 for the Chiefs.

Doesn’t smith get injured a lot??  No thx.  Just move taylor over to LT if u have to and figure out rt
