Looks beautiful but how does it perform compared to regular C.I.?I’ve fallen into enough comment sections on FB to be pretty convinced that polished cast iron is superior in terms of nonstick and overall performance. The texture on most Lodge pans is supposedly just a byproduct of the way they’re produced and not a design feature.
Mrs BAC spotted some SMITHEY brand C.I. at the store and I was like oh wow I want that…or do I? Best check with the C.I. Experts first
