30 is never nice. 105 is only great if you’re submerged in cold water. And 105 in KS feels like 120.

I agree that this is extremely contingent on what you are doing outside. 80 degrees is pretty good for sitting outside and drinking a beer, but not good for snow skiing. I have trouble assigning values to all of the various outdoor activities I enjoy, so I don't really get off the ground with this temperature ranking stuff.

How much snow skiing do you do in Kansas?

That's just one example of many. I try to run 3-4 times per week. Like RATM says, 45 is pretty great for that. Cooler temps are also great for sitting by a fire pit. And I've been snow sledding three times this winter.

I think 55 is about perfect, but 45 is still great. Really anywhere 45-65 is good. I sweat way too much at 80.

With proper heating/shade when needed outdoor drinking goes from 40 to 95
