Big 12 Coaches on the Hot Seat

This morning my buddy sent me this ranking of the Big 12 Coaches and whether or not they're on the hot seat.

While Coach Snyder isn't on the hot seat in my opinion I can't help but agree with the close proximity his coaching staff is to touching into that "hot zone" if you will. The man has built this program and we've seen the ups and the downs with Coach Snyder including a couple of Big 12 Championships under his belt. I can't imagine our football team without Coach Snyder to be honest so it's a little difficult to start speculation but does my buddy have a point in that it may be time to ask Coach Snyder to calmly resign?
