I can't find the posts, but remember when my high BP was about to make my heart burst into a million pieces? Today at the Doctors office I was like 130 over 80. 6'4", 208, and calm as a cucumber. I was there for a follow up visit due to my high cholesterol 6 months ago. Hoping that comes back kicking ass as well!
Trick is: 4-5 miles a day (run/walking), 50-100 push ups and 300-600 sit ups a day (Monday-Friday). Eating healthy most of the time. Gave up heaters 2 years ago. Vodka and Dt. tonic when playing.
