thats fun! what kind of beer are you cookin up?
waks, bunter and i brewed up an american wheat ale. we used a malt extract kit, because we're nowhere near ready to go all-grain, and added our own hops. 1 oz. willamette at 60 min., 1 oz cascade at 15 min. and 1 oz german melon at 10 min.
i think we want to fill up our other carboy next week. we need to decide on a style and get it ordered.
