This is a thread for your secret great stuff found in your local grocery store or costco or amazon or whatever. I'm going to start with a semi famous pacific nw cheese brand and their delightful mac n cheese. I knew I was going to love it when lil steve dave took one bite and pushed his plate across the table saying it was barfy. this is a parent 101 thing, when the little shits say it's barfy it's going to be elite. it was elite. this was purchased at costco and because lil sd and lil girl sd didn't eat any of it I have a full adult portion left for tomorrow.

We don’t talk about salts here so I think this thread is appropriate.

Dot some of this stuff all over your pizza. If you're throwing a frozen pizza in the oven put it on before cooking. It's incred.

I've been using these for smoke adjace when gas grill'n various meats. I use the Wright's to marinate ribs and larger things if I have time well before putting on the grill, the colgin for burgers and chicken when I can just squirt a bit on right as I start.

I really only like three of their breets/changas: the STP and GP pictured above, and they also put out a nice little jalap/bean/cheese changa that is pretty tasty.

Also dabble in the red (other red)

I love, love, love hot stuff. And I love using unique hot sauces (try Scorpion hot or extra hot if you see it! Very delicious!) But if I'm cooking and it's something I'm proud of and spent a fair amount of time preparing I just add a crap ton of red pepper flakes so the flavor doesn't change. If I could only use one spice the rest of my life, including salt and pepper, I'd just choose red pepper flakes.

The ghost pepper are not as good as hoped, but the spicy picante are damn tasty. Pro-tip, pan fry them in about a 1/4" of oil.

My recipe is throwing two of them in the microwave for 2.5 minutes. If it's any more involved than that, I may as well make decent food.
