Sometimes, when I need more fat in my macros, I like to open a can of coconut cream and sip it like a fine cocktail. It's delish.

Buy shaved coconut from the baking aisle.

Take a 1/2 table spoon of coconut oil and sautee like 1/4 cup of the shaved cocunut in a skillet until it gets light brown.

Pour that on top of some Fage plain greek yogurt and put some honey on it.

It is Jacob Pullen scores a bagillion against KU at home good.

Same idea, but with pancakes. Put the shavings in pan with small amt melted butter and immediately put a scoop of pancake mix on top. Cook as you normally would for pancakes, and go out of your mind with how delish it is when eating it.

Coconut is a delicious drupe. I don't think I've ever drank coconut water, but those coconut flavored Bai drinks are

Finally some one with a correct palate. It's crunchy and stringy and doesn't even taste good. I imagine this is what eating hay would be like.

i bought one a couple weekends ago and it wasn't as bad as i thought to get open.

once it's open, you're mumped trying to actually do anything with it

Love coconut oil. Use it to cook, eat, and moisturize my bod. Coconut water is delish, especially with a bit of pineapple.

Those dry coconut shavy thingies are rough ridin' gross and I hate them.

hammer and screwdriver - popped a hole in it first to get the water and then tapped around the circumference and it broke pretty cleanly
