Lost in all of this is that "Fox Sports Soccer' is being rebranded as "FXX" and will have Sunny, The League, etc. Sounds like a pretty good "guy" channel or whatever.

I didn't watch very intently live, and couldn't hear much. Watching on DVR now and loving Joey Harrington make a Wes Welker comparison and justification.

So I watched all of the KSU game, the WVU game, and a little bit of other stuff here and there, and my biggest gripe is something that should be expected from a new channel: they need better, more experienced commentators. There were a lot of lulls in conversation, and there was also Joey Harrington. Get him the eff out of there and hire some pro's and you've got yourself some competition for ESPN and their God complex.

Also it might just be me but I hate that they use all the same music/graphics/football robots that they use for pro football. I mean I guess I get it, but I'd rather they introduce some new stuff for just college so that it feels more special. It's college football. It's great. It deserves its own theme music.

Not just you. I was very surprised they didn't have any college football-specific tune/animations. That intro music they use for the NFL is definitely great, but it's been around a while and everyone no doubtedly thinks NFL as soon as those first few notes are belted out. They need to step it up.
