I think Lance is a very good fit for Kansas. But like Sam Mellinger of the Star asked, does it matter? It’s just such a bad program. And it goes deeper than that. Their stadium is horrendous. Their apathy in even preparing for game day with concessions is horrible. They ran out of hot dogs 🌭 yesterday. Their bathrooms are ones you could potentially get tetanus in. They are nasty. They have porto potties as part of their restroom accommodations. Their band plays things like Sunflower Song. There’s just an entire make over needed in so many ways besides the program alone for them to improve. I just don’t see it.

They continue to pick Kstate low, Athlon has Kstate 7th in the big 12, and USA Today has them probably right where they should be, just outside the top 25. But isn’t that what the Cats want? Is my point. Every year that Kstate gets picked lower, it plays into Bill and the team having something to prove and they end up surpassing expections. Fall 2018 can’t get here soon enough.

November 7th, 2009 to be exact. Mangino, Ressing and his .69!incher came to town. But Bill and the boys were waiting. DT has 185 yards rushing, and that was the beginning of the end for our little brothers football program. It was quite loud in the Bill that day I recall, and someone had said on the boards that Saturday night, that they could hear the K-S-U chant at midfield all the way to the ville, EMAW!

Royals have one of the most draft allotments in baseball this year. They may have four first round picks already have two for their Cain supplemental pick A and their regular draft pick in first round. May have two more with moose and Hosmer. 5 top 50 picks is possible for the 2018 draft, this will help the rebuilding of the farm system. But have to draft well.
