(1)Coach agrees that during the term of this Agreement he will notify the Athletic Director or his designee of, and obtain permission prior to, any discusions by Coach, his agents or represntatives, pertaining to coaching opportunities at any NCAA member institution, or any other coaching or non-coaching positions that may result in termination of his employment at the University. (2)Upon the ending of Coach's employment as Head Football Coach as described in Article IV, except if Coach is terminated for cause, KSA agrees to coninue Coach's employment as a Special Assistant to the Athlectic Director for as long as Coach is physically amd mentally able, with the benefits described in Section. 3.04, at a pay rate of $250,000 per year. (3) Disclosure, notice and prior permission for any athletically genarated income from any outside source.
