i don't have a good place to put this, so it's going here. interesting discussion on the future of the parties, especially of the democrats. i can see anti-trumpism holding the mentioned coalition together in 2020, but i do think that it will be hard to hold on to any meaningful number of white males longer-term.

Bill Kristol is old school PNAC.
He's just pissed that, at least to date, the U.S. hasn't invaded anybody new and isn't involved in trying to overthrow any regimes outside of the last remnants of "freedom fighter" idiocy (by way of Libya) in Syria.

David Frum and Bill Kristol are warmongers, not partisans. They are just as happy to start a bombing campaign against Iran or an arms race or proxy war with Russia as they were to start a war against Iraq. That is there primary motivation.
