I legitimately feel bad for those poor people. I mean, damn, you can go a hella ways above that and still be what I consider poor. So at least 1 in 3 is dirt poor and then how many are KITNfury version of poor? 2/3? More than that?

And you just know that the few KSU peers that live there have to fight through bums "just trying to get home, anything helps" on their way enjoying a nice dry aged steak. It's lose lose for everyone.
