« on: May 15, 2024, 03:45:49 PM »Harvested the last of my radishes tonight, tossed them in olive oil/salt/pepper etc and grilled them with some kielbasa sausage for a quick boi dinner. Sides of mustard and horseradish for dipping.I’ve never thought of this until just now, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a cooked radish. I love them raw though.
My mom's husband made some shish kebabs for mothers day and had a skewer of radishes and I asked him if they were those tiny potatoes
