It's pretty safe to say so considering that tcu is the only team to go 0-18 in either Big 12, Big 8, Big 7, Southwest, or Missouri Valley conference history.
Yes, all three of those schools went winless, but only TCU and Flood Aggie went 0-18. The Big 12 played 16 conference games before 2012. A&M is the only school with two 15+ game Big 12 losing streaks.

According to kooky aggie lore, they did this because they didn't want their tower to look too similar to UTs. So it was just kind of a subtle nod to their weird obsession with UT. So the way this ties back to Acie was that they put IV on his uniform...I was noting I found it strange since - and you may not be aware of this - but texas a&m has a bit of a reputation for being especially weird about stuff and that weirdness seems to know virtually no bounds...it surprised me that they would do IV instead of IIII to follow suit with the aesthetic of their belltower.Thanks for clearing that up about the roman numerals tho!
