If Ray Rice was Joe Bag O'doughnuts, he would be in jail as we speak.
KU is right on par with Notre Dame ... when it comes to adding additional conference revenue
Beer pro tip: never drink anything other than BL, coors, pbr, maybe a few others that I'm forgetting
I kind of want to weigh in as a woman. What he did was horrible, no doubt and if I was in that position, well let's just say I'd never be with a man who would put me in that position. However, she did not want to press charges. This is a personal matter between them. If Ray Rice was Joe Bag O'doughnuts, no one would have cared, it would have been a private matter and the guy's employer would have never even found out. Only his "celebrity" has made this an issue. I can see why the Ravens would have wanted to sever ties with a woman beater, due to the court of public opinion, but at the same time his wife made an excellent point.

Quote from: OB_Won on September 09, 2014, 10:37:42 AMRay Rice has already made more than enough money to live comfortably. More money than 99% will make in their entire life. I hope he gets help for his anger and can in turn help others in the future. We live in a country of second chances and he will most likely play again somewhere.I'm happy that he may help to serve as an example to the nearly 2000 roster and practice players, owners, execs, and countless staff that this behavior will not be tolerated and there are real consequences for their actions. I hope Goodell is next to go.Yeah, CNN said this morning that contractually, he is still going to be paid $25M

The Associated Press @APBREAKING: AP Source: Law enforcement official sent copy of Ray Rice tape to NFL executive in April
trey wingo @wingozRoger Goodell's words to Saints regarding bounty gate.."ignorance is not an excuse"
A law enforcement official says he sent a video of Ray Rice punching his then-fiancee to an NFL executive three months ago, while league officers have insisted they didn't see the violent images until this week. The person played The Associated Press a 12-second voicemail from an NFL office number on April 9 confirming the video arrived. A female voice expresses thanks and says: "You're right. It's terrible."
how wild is it that ray rice got the nfl commishioner fired by punching out his own fiance
Bryan Armen Graham @BryanAGrahamJust a reminder the NFL sued M.I.A. for $16.6 million on the grounds she tarnished the league's "reputation for wholesomeness."
