I suffered a chain reaction of shameful events that began with the impulse purchase of a family-size bag of Flaming Hot Cheetos--these have a massive quantity of some type of red dye in them:
1. Ate the whole bag in a couple of hours in the afternoon
2. Poop next morning was flaming hot red
3. Failed to persuade Mrs. Deputy Dawg to come look at the bright red poop

I became abnormally excited when I found a leftover honey mustard side from KFC in my fridge last night that I was able to enjoy with my Chick-Fil-A.
