Don't read the following. It will make you ralph. I just read on the CBS site that retailers are fighting a rising epidemic of shoplifting and internal theft at a time they are struggling to survive. What made me sick was the attitude some communities and states have about this crime. Basically no big whoop, defacto Robin Hood syndrome. Then I found this bastard's ignorant diatribe. I am sure it explains similar urban attitudes.
