Iowa State is going to be terrible next year, no transfer coming to save their asses. They have nearly nothing coming back, only returning 25% of their minutes and 18% of their scoring. You guys are wrong about the fans, they won't be nearly as patient with basketball, they've been good nearly consistently for 30 years.
Other than the roster if Prohm leaves for LSU it's worth noting that he's lived in the south his entire life. He also is only making $1.5 million, LSU has that in their couch. I don't know if it's gotten any better but remember even under Hoiberg the basketball team had to sleep in a hotel ballroom because the AD wouldn't spring for rooms when they had travel problems in the tournament a couple of years ago.
