I agree on the censorship issue.  It's like someone can go attack other people, make videos with other people's pics in them, call those person(s) derogatory terms like "douche" but then when someone else does it to them, they can threaten litigation they get someone to pretend they are a lawyer and just shutdown a whole thread?  Doesn't seem right.

I also did not mean to mock BSAC in any way, just create an open forum for discussion on censorship.  BSAC helped me out in the past with something that he certainly didn't have to and is probably quite a bit beneath him.  I am indebted to him for that.  The man does know what he is doing and if he locked the thread, he probably has some sort of kick-ass legal recourse he can pursue that will be the legal-equivalent of the movie "Machete"

If I know BSAC like I think I know BSAC I can say that BSAC only gets mad at people who threaten frivilous and unsupported legal action, or who engage in the unauthorized practice of law by pretending to be a licensed attorney when they are actually not.  If none of you did that, I can't see any problems with the man.  Should be fine to raise a glass of 18 year old scotch with him and smoke a Romeo y.
