You could also take the improvement of Aldrich from his freshman year to sophomore/junior year as an example. This is exactly what I was talking about though when I said that Kietzman's message applies to a lot of posters on this board as well. The idea that Bill Self and his staff don't develop players is as delusional as it gets.

I think wants the confidence goes up he could be a force in the BIG 12. He's already gotten huge compared to what he was in high school, so he'll be bigger..
