Well these are gluten free, even the gluten free breads are smaller pieces since the gluten is what holds it together normally

I made a change recently where I put my feet closer together. Since I have knee and back issues following through and releasing my hips was harder with a wider stance. Since I put my feet closer together I can follow through a lot easier and I feel like I have more control over where it is going.
