Would love one but don't want to drop the money.
anyone else here have a kickass road bike?i'm heading out for a 30 mile ride to get my legs loose, I look forward to the answers to my question when i get back
I'm a big believer in mountain bike even on roads. Burn more calories for same distance more comfortably. Also don't look like a douche.

Usually just a 20-25 mile loop.
I ride a Trek X01 cyclocross bike mostly on the road. Doing the 68 mile Tulsa Tough ride on Saturday.

Just do ab ripper x every other day. Make sure you're not fat too.
what ab exercises, how many of them, and how often do I have to do them to get a six pack. Only people with actual six packs need respond. TIA.

everyone has abs. if you can't see them it's because there is a bunch of fat covering them up. running gets rid of the fat.
