they're not srsly comparing an agreed upon sale price to overvaluing property in order to commit insurance fraud, right? there's no way anybody is doing that.

Votes have already been coming in for days, and now we're making some minor changes like not closing Oak st, which runs through the middle of their previous renderings. This is bc Main st would not be able to handle the additional traffic from Baltimore (bridge over 670 removed), Grand (closed on game days) AND Oak combined.

To me the larger issue with the renderings is the 670 cap itself. The original proposed cap was just denied federal funding, and the royals are showing an expanded version of that cap. No idea who would pay for any of that. If you only looked at the renderings you would incorrectly assume the royals are paying for all of it

Did burgs on the egg last night. We almost always use the flattop on our stove these days for smash burgers, but I had just smoked a turkey breast so the grill was ready. I like a good grilled burger every once in a while, but the consensus among the family was that they don't care if I ever grill a burger again. They like smashes way more. I agree, but there is something about a grilled burger.

what do you use for your flattop?

He is no question veach's best draft pick so far right?
tough to let him go but it's the best for both parties
They basically gave him away.  They could have played him this year on the tag and then gotten a 26 3rd rounder as a compensatory pick.

They didnt give him away. They got the best return they could for a costly 28 yr old with a knee history playing a volatile position that ages quickly, and saved $20M to apply elsewhere while doing so. And a pick at the top of the 3rd round this year is more valuable than a possible compensatory 3rd rounder next year
The 3rd rounder is in 2025 not this year.

Sorry I misread that earlier you're right

If they were only getting offered worse than a 3rd round pick in return, or if sneed couldn't find a team willing to give him the long term deal he wanted, he'd be playing on the tag this year and the chiefs would have made the numbers work.

Who is the last corner the chiefs paid? I honestly can't even remember.
They've won 3 super bowls now while treating CB like the RB of the defense: keep bringing in young cheap talent and trust your coaching staff. This has basically been their moneyball philosophy

Think fanning laid down his bragging rights to DBT when he was banished from gE
