I guess there's nothing wrong with a little 'faux-Mex' every once in awhile. But, if you want authentic Mexican food, at least make sure the people cooking it and/or serving it speak Spanish. ¿Entiendes, Méndez?
Bonus: If there's a little grandma in the back rolling (flour) or patting (corn) out tortillas, you're golden.
