I think it is probably wise to read more than the title.

I also think tht the "or" is there as a way to engage and counter the renaissance Stalin is currently experiencing in Russia and parts of the former eastern bloc.

Recent polling had Stalin reciving 51% favorability in Russia with largest positive ratings among younger people.

Lick, I stated my issue with the usage of the word or quite succinctly. A recent poll in Russia about Joe Stalin and all of your other babbling is utterly immaterial to my stance. Once again, you try far to hard in attempting to appear smart.
