i heard this morning this was a possibility. i would definitely go and watch my cats. would also be a much better first visit inside the stadium watching the cats play and not a stupid soccer game.Quote from: Rage Against the McKee on January 21, 2015, 01:30:42 PMQuote from: WildcatNkilt on January 21, 2015, 01:25:51 PMDo students even go in for Spring games for longer than 5 mins?Yes. They tailgate for like 4 hours, then watch the first quarter and go back outside to tailgate for another 3-4 hours. It's a great experience and I'd hate to see K-State students miss out on it this year.i saw Winters at last years and he stayed and watched the entire thing and went down on the field and i saw him again. that is why he is the king

If it were up to me, Wintz would be on a fan scholarship, full ride.
I'll write you a check, bookie.
Quote from: meow meow on January 21, 2015, 11:36:01 AMwould rather it be at old stadium. but if at sporting park I will go.You're a dumbass.Having the game at Sporting Park is a great idea. It's a state of the art venue surrounded by bars, restaurants, and tons of tailgating space.Quote from: WackyCat08 on January 21, 2015, 11:19:07 AMThat it's going to be at Sporting Park here in KC. Good for my KC peeps, but really bad for Manhattan's economy. Who knows if this is true tho? Not really. Average attendance at the spring game is only about 10K, and most of that is locals. When was the last time any of you KC or ICT Cats went to a spring game?

I thought you went home before the game because of too much medicine
A game at Sporting will deter the most strident tuck undesirables that seem to overrun normal spring games. What will be the spring game date this year?

What will be the spring game date this year?I believe you have vastly underestimated the tuck-titude that exists in the KC Metro area. If I recall, some of the greatest tucks in gpc history call that little hunk of heaven home.I can already hear the grumblings about how hard it was to find Sporting Park, how difficult the parking was, let alone the number of stairs leading into the park nearly killing them echoing across Village West/The Legends and and creating a massive clot of posts on gpc.
I'm going to have such a hard time deciding what to eat before the game. So many elite dining options at the Legends at Village West.
