I enjoyed Podnah's BBQ in Portland when we visited there. It was the only BBQ I've had in the PNW that was good and I really liked the brisket there.https://www.podnahspit.com/

Do you remember if they have their own smoker?I'm pretty sure they have their own smoker. This is what is on the website:All our meats are slow smoked using 100% oak hardwood. Without electric, gas assistance, or charcoal.I start at 5 a.m. every morning to have meat ready by dinner that night. What would it mean for a place to not have their own smoker?
This place will be my first PDX meal tomorrow
Frontier and Spirit trying to merge.

Real barbeque is made on a grill or smoker, you knew this, right?

You should go see the Blazers play the Magic!
anyone in here ever been to Costa Rica?
Quote from: KCFDcat on February 08, 2022, 10:23:31 AManyone in here ever been to Costa Rica?Yep, loved it. We stayed at Tulemar on the pacific coast by the Manuel Antonio nature reserve. rough ridin' sloths outside our window, monkeys running all over the place, and loads of parrots and crap. Amazing. The place we stayed was nice. We got one of the cheaper “bungalow” things and it was perfect for us.

I want to be as far away from corporate all inclusive resorts as I can get. What time of year did you go? I've heard conflicting things about dry/rainy season.
