Wait, he got a 40yd dumpster for that shed?
I did this once as a hint to mrs8 to change her hoarding ways.  Backfired spectacularly.

Those metal shelves appear to be in good shape?

We had 2,4-D or 2,4,5-T mixed with diesel fuel for brush and thistles.  A soup can to a 3 gal sprayer.

is that a collector's price or a price based on a self serviceable tractor for actual farm use? i would be leery of a buying a car, bike or boat that old with those few of hours if i wanted to actually use it.
Yeah, it's hard to say the buyers' motivations.  True too, that if it's just been sitting for years, getting back in working condition is problematic.

The pre Def stuff is top dollar because guys can work on it.

fcf can probably speak to used tractor market.

Sister gave me and the wife a club fitting for xmas as a means to getting me back on the course after hip and shoulder replacement in the last 5 years.

Hit the range after just swinging clubs in the yard. Fitting was today and went better than I expected. It was a cool process.

Robert is an all-timer when it comes to heckling. I remember at a baseball game one time he was just sitting right behind home plate, and the situation was something to the effect of cats were playing defense, there were 2 outs and 2 runners on, and Robert is loudly calling for a triple play. He's telling this batter he wants him to hit a grounder right to the 3rd baseman, so he can get step on 3rd, and then go around the horn for a triple play.

And if i was that batter I would be like omg wtf is this dude even talking about there are 2 outs and would be a total mind eff. legend.

(I don't recall how that plate appearance ended but i'm 100% sure they cats did not turn a triple play)
"Balk like a hawk" at Ku v KSTATE baseball games is my favorite... especially with no one on base.

Sat with Robert in Ames at the 95 football game.  That game was cold AF.  He was in an old raggedy sweatshirt. The foam finger probably saved his hands from frost bite.

I don't remember which coaches show years ago, but they told the story of Robert attending a basketball game in Columbia years ago.  After the game, Robert is milling around the team bus telling folks his car is broke down. He manages to get on the bus back home.  On the ride back, someone asks him what about his car that broke down?  Robert says oh it  broke down back in Manhattan.

Stopped at the Bazaar cattle pens/Scenic outlook on the drive home from DFW today.  Freshly burned and greened up after some good moisture.

I've been bloviating against woody encroachment for years, but everyone thought I was insane. Well, look at me now.
Give me an air conditioned enclosed cab high flow skid steer with a forestry muncher and turn me loose.

Cedars don’t regenerate from the roots.
Pete's all over it.  We turned this guy loose a couple falls ago on some woody eradication.

Snapped a few stadium pictures at TCU yesterday.  We had tickets thru a player which put us in the "upper deck."   Their GA is terraces down right field line and right field fence.

Ok, full disclosure my tecord watching the Cats in the Lone Star state is horrific. Pretty sure my last win was 2001 Cotton Bowl.

1-9 RISP and 9 LOB.  Cats lose 7-4.

I just tried to stand like that and my artificial hip hurts now.  What exactly is he packing on his belt?  That's not a pliers holder.

Tater weighs 60 lbs !?!?!
He is a bit of a chunk.  City life, and his owner probably slips him too many snacks. It's pretty much throwing a sack of feed in the back seat for each farm trip.

This water hole has turtles in it.  I've seen large ones along the dam a couple of times.  So today we spotted two smaller turtles swimming, but all I my photo got was ripples in the water.

Let's call then juvenile turtles.

Forever enjoy any Tater content. Thanks Tom
Man, we had him all comfortable in the back seat until today, then I hit a rut and bounced his 60 lb carcass off the Gator today.

Got back on, but he was reluctant  so Mrs8 rode in the back with him.
