KU is right on par with Notre Dame ... when it comes to adding additional conference revenue
Beer pro tip: never drink anything other than BL, coors, pbr, maybe a few others that I'm forgetting
Enjoy watching the tourney at home next year
I don't normally give kids a hard time for their choices like this, but this is a really really dumb decision.
I will repeat, his loss.
Based on Self's recruiting pitch to Young, I bet Self is pretty livid over this decision.Young had a ticket to come in and replace Frank Mason's role in the offense. Instead he decides he wants to spend his college time playing in a dimly lit church basement.
Kids don't give one care about winning these days. It's just reality. They've grown up being told they're winners no matter what.
He just flat out did NOT want to compete for a starting job.
Another dumb kid that cares more about getting his shots than winning games. Hope he enjoys the NIT. Him and Porter can have something in common now.
Who cares about this primadonna? Malik Newman is gonna eat his lunch next year and ship him off straight to D-league. Also f**k Jason Jordan
He is not a program changer. You guys will still be bad next year. He would have done better at KU because he would not have to be the man. He isn't going to be the man in the B12 for a while. He's tiny.
It's 4 years of mediocrity and Czech basketball league after that for Trae
He sounded scared of competition any way. I never worry about high school kids decisions. We'll just have to beat his ass twice a year. Hey at least OU will move from the bottom to the middle of the big 12.
dont care. He sounds like a problem guy. Overzealous dads are a major headache.
why aren't we talking about this too?http://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/kansas-devonte-graham-arrested-shortly-after-jawhawks-clinch-big-12-title/
what in the world is suspicion of failure to appear?
who was the former player's car he was in? because it seems like he might have just leaked a bit of info on how these guys are paid.
hell, give him a 3 game suspension. rest up boy.
Investigators have interviewed several people who witnessed the reported crime. A police report categorized the $2,991 in total damage to the car as a felony. But Friday’s release listed the damage at a higher amount, $3,150.45.“Felony criminal damage (damage in excess of $1,000) was not charged because the state cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that all the damage to the door and tail light were caused by Jackson,” the release said.

Not blaming the victim here, but pouring a beer over someone's head is not cool. I have been arrested before because a chick in Westport poured a beer over my head. Right after she did it I punched her "boyfriend" and then we got it in a big fight and both got arrested. It turns out he wasn't even her boyfriend, he was just by her.
This is the chance for Bill to send a big fu to kc media. Make kk and the star go apesh!t by saying "according to our wonderful country a man is innocent until proven guilty. We will reserve any punishment until a trial is complete". Then extend dates out until season is over and be done with it.
If I was Coach Self I would print off pictures of this girl, put it up all over the basketball facility and say if you go near this crazy b!tch than your running a 100 miles up the steps in AFH.
Good thing I wasn't a high profile athlete in the age of social media, fake news, SJW's, and smartphones. I'm not justifying any of the extra curricular activities, but we're talking about 18-22 year old being 18-22 year olds and their poor choices.
If she's lying then she's not a victim, Vick is.
Suspend him a game or two and move on. This is normal college kid crap. I won't apologize to the Star, but I'm also not going to boycott their paper like I was going to if nothing ever happened from the Yacht Club incident.
