Do not eat any meat offered up by an UT tailgaters, especially in the Alumni lots.
Apparently it is a Texas Tradition that when a Bevo Dies they butcher him up and distribute the meat out to tailgaters before the next home game. I didnt believe my buddy when he told me but apparently its a thing.
Anyone know if will be the same rotation as XIII in 2006? That year they started in the foundation lots northeast of the stadium and worked their way south to the baseball stadium
Make sure you season the crap out of the meat, it was pretty tough the last time
I think this is one of the most underrated traditions in college football. We are TEXAS, we rough ridin' eat our mascots.
Whatever, all schools have weird traditions right? Hell us wild wildcats hump the air back and forward all because some building burned down.
The reason for the warning is that Bevo XIV spent its winters grazing on lands by Karnes City TX, right in the middle of the Eagle Ford Shale. That cancer riddled bovine had been ingesting fracking fluids for at least 5 years before it finally keeled over.
